3 Easy steps to follow:

  • make sure that you brush twice a day with a soft bristled toothbrush and toothpaste. Brush teeth at least half an hour after you have eaten and brush for 2 minutes.

  • by flossing you reach all the areas that are missed by your toothbrush.

  • regular dental check- ups are essential to maintain a healthy oral environment. Your dentist will be able to pick up any gum problems, any cavities and any other issues that may be starting.
